Will the 23-1/8" 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles Replace a 4-Leaf Spring

Question:

Do the leaf spring packs for Al Ko #403821 3500 lbs come with 3 leaf springs per axle? OR 4? RE: 23B Nash Northwood RV trailer with tandem axles.

The number of leaves won't matter when going from a 3-Pack to 4-Pack or when going from a 4-Pack to a 3-Pack, so long as the weight capacity is correct there won't be an issue. The leaf thickness can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer which is why you see some springs with the same rating but different number of leaves. The 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles part # e59SR only has three leaves but still holds a 3,500 lb rating so as long as this matches the axle capacity you'll be good to go.
