For Mounting a front trailer hitch receiver on your 2004 Chevrolet Express 3500 Van you will need to have a custom hitch fabricated using a Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17. There is currently not any aftermarket front receivers that are confirmed to fit on Van.
Do be sure to use a Hitch Cover # 22282 so that you will not have the whistle that is often created by open front mount receivers when driving on the highway.
