According to Bearing Buddy, there is actually a slight variation in the outer diameter so there won't be an exact measurement. The variation will be somewhere between a hundredth or thousandth of an inch. Either way, since the # BB1938SS is designed to fit a 1.938" hub bore you will be able to use these with your hub. These are drive in caps that are supposed to be snug so they won't fall out, and the .003" difference is acceptable.
