Since we only carry 1-1/4" hitches for your 2013 Chevy Cruze, the only option is to purchase a 1-1/4" hitch and use a hitch expander like the MaxxTow Adapter # MT70032. This provides a 2" opening for your rack. It is important to note that if you use this adapter, it decreases the weight capacity of your hitch by 50%.

If you plan to go this route, I recommend using the Curt Hitch # C11282 because it has a higher-quality gloss overcoat over the base powder coat that provides superior protection against rust and corrosion than the Draw-Tite option. When using the # MT70032, this leaves you with 100 pounds of maximum tongue weight capacity for the combined weight of your bikes and the rack itself.

If you need more weight capacity, the only option is to get a 1-1/4" approved bike rack. For this option, I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo # RKY10007 or the 2-bike version # RKY10007-05. Since this rack is compatible with the # C11282 without the adapter, you will retain the full 200 pound capacity of the hitch. You will be able to use the full 60 pound per-bike capacity of the MonoRail on the hitch with your bikes loaded. Also, you will have enough bumper clearance length on the shank to clear your bumper with the MonoRail.

I attached some helpful videos for you to check out.
