Likely what is happening with your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC358590, is that you are having either a wiring issue such as an open ground/short circuit, or your jack is stalling due to your battery not providing enough power for some reason.
The first thing I recommend you do is to check all your wiring to that jack and ensure that there are no exposed wires or loose connections that could be causing an issue.
If you notice anything that is damaged or a ground that needs tightening, simply fix the issue at the source and check again for operation.
I also suggest that you make sure that your battery is providing the appropriate amount of power to your system, (at least 12 volts). You can use a multimeter # PT29ZR to verify your batteries are fully charged and are capable to properly operate your system.
If you do find that your battery is low, charge your battery for the next 24 hours and then check again to see if the issue persists.
If nothing is still working after verifying all this, feel free to come back here and we can continue to troubleshoot.
