Replacement Axle and Brakes for 87 Inch Long 3,500 Pound Axle on Travel Trailer

Hello , I have a travel trail that needs a new axel. I have a pic the the serial# if that helps. 87 outside of hub, 68 1/2 to spring centers . Needs brakes as well, 3500 lb/5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. Thank you

Thank you for providing that information. Although we do not have an 87" axle available, you can use the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e38GR. Since this axle is 89" long it will stick out an extra inch on either side of the travel trailer. Also, the spring center is 74" so you will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS238 to match your 68-1/2" measurement.

For brakes I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. These self-adjusting brakes are for 3,500 lb axles and will fit a 10" x 2-1/4" drum. Assuming you have a standard 3,500 lb hub and drum assembly you will have no problem using these with your existing parts. If you need mounting hardware we also have the # BRKH10B available.
