The Clamp-On Adapters for Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # SP1101 will work with a Surco 5.0 rack like the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # S5050 and attach to raised factory side rails.

So as long as you have a Surco 5.0 basket and your 2022 Toyota Highlander has raised rails running front to back then the Clamp-On Adapters for Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # SP1101 will work for you. These will attach to the side rails of your roof rack, not the cross bars.
