The Replacement Wedge Block for Lippert Turning Point Pin Box # LC79UD is a universal wedge that has been confirmed to fit both the Lippert Turning Point pin boxes and B&W fifth wheel hitches. If you bought a trailer secondhand and didn't have the wedge kit with it or switch hitches somewhat routinely then this would be the best option for you.

If you plan on sticking with a B&W Patriot # BWRVK3255 then the custom fit wedge # SWW-06 would be the better choice. The custom fit design will better fit the funnel of the hitch and provide a tighter fit for less play than a universal wedge kit.

Tried to use the SWW-06 with my Turning Point pin box and B&W hitch but could not get the jaws to close. It seemed to be about 1/4 - 1/2" short of closing. Tried 4 separate times, slightly adjusting my approach angle but no luck.

@RayB It sounds like you might have the # SWW-06 set too far forward. I recommend moving it back, coupling up to the trailer, and then moving the # SWW-06 forward to fill in the hitch head funnel. Your approach angle and how level the truck/trailer are will also factor into the coupling difficulty.

@KevinC I left the SWW-06 as far back as I could and also left it loose enough that it could slide if needed. I made sure I was as straight as possible for the approach angle (even adjusted a few times) and that I was a center as possible on the pin itself. I stopped about 10 inches before the jaws engage, got out and visually checked my alignment before backing further in. I plan to try again sometime, but after spending ~45 minutes trying different things to get the jaws to close, I reverted to my original config.
