That part number looks to be for Refineon nerf bars which I believe will fit your 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab but it looks like those were discontinued and we haven't carried that brand so you'll want to confirm this fitment with someone who does carry them.

If you'd rather go with something that is guaranteed to fit your truck I recommend checking out the 5" Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars which come in a Black Powder Coated Steel # 21-53725 as well as Polished Stainless Steel # 21-53720. These look to be a similar style to what you're looking at but these are currently being made so if replacement parts are ever needed it will be much easier to find them on something that hasn't been discontinued.
