Recommended Air Bags for 2014 Ram 2500 with In-Bed Camper

Question:

2014 Ram 2500 4x4. Slide-in bed camper 3037 lb dry weight. Will tow a tandem axle bass boat also. Not sure of actual tongue weight. Question is should I go with 7500lb or 5000lb air bag to assist? It like to sway from side to side quite a bit. Thank you forbyour assistance.

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs part # F2706 which are rated at 7,500 lbs for a 2014 Ram 2500 with in-bed camper. The constant heavy load on the truck would see benefits from using the larger air bags. The great thing about the air bags is you can increase the pressure when you're heavier or decrease the pressure when you're lighter for the best possible ride quality. They will do a great job of helping with sway. If one side of the camper is heavier than the other you can also fix this by filling one bag more than the other.
