Although we haven't specifically tested out trunk mounted bike racks with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT with a spoiler, I recommend looking at the Thule Passage 3 Bike Rack, # TH910XT. Thule designed this bike rack to work with most factory spoilers, so this will be one of your best options. I've attached a review video of this bike rack on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra without a spoiler to give you an idea of what it will look like on your car.

If you fee like this option won't work, then I recommend looking into the SeaSucker Talon, # 298-BT1004. The nice thing about this bike rack is that you can mount it anywhere on your roof, trunk or window where you have room.
