Fan-Tastic RV Roof Vent Cover Recommendation for Powered Lift Lid Vent
Question:
I have Fantastik multi-speed high power vent. Would like the lid to open all the way open because it is a remote control unit meaning I have no control on lid height. Either all the way up or all closed when off. What model vent cover do I order? Thank You. Mike A.

We have spoken with Fan-tastic Vent in the past with this exact question and the Vent cover part # FVU1500WH would be the cover you'd want. The fan lid does open to 11-1/2 inches tall and the cover is 10- 1/4 inches so the fan lid does not completely open with the cover attach but Fan-tastic does guarantee the fan will still work to it's fully intended speed. The fan lid not extending all of the way does not affect the motor or wear it down. The fan is still open enough to get the proper air flow. Also, the Fan-tastic Vent cover is the tallest vent cover on the market.
