The Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps # 56-135PK that you mentioned is actually meant to fit the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps # 56-13555 & the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps # 56-135552 and is not a fit for your 56-14095 HDX step bars.
Instead, take a look at the:
- Replacement Installation Mounting Hardware for Westin HDX Nerf Bars # W34HR.
I did also call and verify with Westin that this is the correct kit. This kit includes all the nuts, bolts, and washers as well as the brackets needed for installation.
