I took a look at the MORryde Power Panel for Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU # MR24UR that you mention, and you're actually just going to run those two wires to your Jeep's battery.

When hooked up it will let you know how much battery you have, an it's also going to give a 12 volt reading for how much power you can put out as well.
