Replacement LED Trailer Tail Light Strip With 11 Diodes and 13-1/4" Long
Question:
My trailers red taillight is LED 11 diodes that is 13 -1/2" long x 1-3/8" x 3/4" and has 2 wires brown and white attached. Its mounting bolt spread is 8-1/2. Do you have a comparable replacement and if so, what is it? If it comes with 3 wires, how should they be connected to the 2 wires coming to it? The trailer is a 4-way wiring system. Thanks for your help!

The ThinLine LED Tail Light # STL76RB is our closest light to your current tail light. This light is 13-1/4" long, 2-1/8" wide and 1-7/16" tall. It also has 11 LEDs like your current light.
For your tail lights you will need to verify if they used the mounting hole as a ground connection and the 2 wires you have one will be for the running lights and the other operate the turn/brake wire. A Test Light # PTW2993 can be used to test the function of each wire. If that is what you have then the white will be your ground wire connection, the red is the turn/brake and the black is for the running lights.
Otherwise if your wiring has a ground the other wire will be for the brake/turn signal and the trailer manufacturer did not install the correct type of light to function as a tail light.
