Mounting Orientation of MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K

I have a 7500 K max air fan any problems in mounting it vertical on the wall.

While the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K can be installed in an alternate orientation from its intended design and still function. My concern is positioning of the vent grille, it needs to be positioned in a way that ensures rain won't be allowed to enter. Alternate installation will void the warranty. But yes, it can be installed vertically and still function.
