Solution for Powering Supplemental Braking on 2018 GMC Canyon Diesel with Battery Disconnected

Roadmaster said their battery disconnect cannot be used on Canyons with diesel engines. So how do you power an auxiliary braking system with the battery disconnected?

You'd have to manually disconnect the battery of the GMC Canyon with the diesel engine and then to power the braking system you'd need to use the Roadmaster Outlet kit part # RM-9332 which wires directly to the battery and provides an outlet for the system to use.
