What Does 28 Inch Bike Mean on Thule Yepp Bike Luggage Rack

Question:

700cc tires. i am not sure how you come up with measurements of 26 or 28? If the 26 is tire size then it wont fit my bike. However, the 28 might fit my bike. I am not sure. I just need more information about these measurements. Please advise. My bike is a hybrid Diamond back mountain bike. 700cc tires. I believe that is the same as a 27 inch tire? So if you can provide some guidance or suggest another luggage rack I would be most appreciative. Thanks

Good question, and the 26" and 28" is referencing the tire size for the Thule Yepp luggage racks. Since you have 700cc tires, they are 27-1/2" in diameter, so you can use the 28" rack:
