How To Tighten Castle Nut  

Question:

After packing bearings, what is proper procedure for installing rotor and nut on this item. Want to make sure castle nut is correctly installed. Thanks

After putting on your brake assembly # K2HR89DE, you need to tighten the castle nut down to hand tight and then back it off about 1/4 of a turn. Backing it off will help to keep everything from tightening up on you and keeps it so that the spindle won't heat up to much from pressure.
