Is this capable of supporting a RTT on the tracks using load bars in the tracks?

While we do have some great options for you, I confirmed with my tech at Mountain Top that the EVO-M Tonneau Cover # MNT36FR tracks rails only have a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds. With that small of a weight capacity, you won't have enough capacity for both the rooftop tent and the added body weight.

The absolute best route for the optimum capacity you need is to purchase a tonneau cover with a stake-pocket mounted ladder rack that doesn't utilize track rails. For example, if you have a 2022 Ford F-150, a great combination would be the TruXedo Sentry # TX1598316 along with the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-501. This setup allows you to have 1,250 pounds of weight capacity with your roof top tent.
