Recommended Replacement for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent

Good day, We are looking to replace the fantastic vent 2000 series fan in our trailer. The one currently installed has gotten wet over the years and has catastrophically failed. The power supply and thermostat test good, the circuit board, fan motor, and lift motor all fail electrically or are frozen in there current position. The current fan has: -wall thermostat/on off switch -power lid lift -rain sensor -intact and water proof opening and liner What is the current replacement for this fan? Can we just purchase the fan/lift section? if so, what would we order? Thanks

Your best option is to replace the entire unit, if you have been satisfied with the Fan-Tastic brand to this point, my recommendation is the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent, # FV803350. This is a great price point replacement that has powered lift, thermostat-control option or three manual speeds, reversible and a rain sensor. This has a powered lift arm for the dome that opens when you turn on the fan. You can also use the small rocker switch on the vent housing to open and close the dome when the fan is not running. And a hand knob is built in so that you can operate the dome in the event of a power failure. It has a moisture sensor ensures that the dome will close when rain or snow hits. When the sensor dries, the dome will re-open and the fan blades will resume operation.
