Can I Swap My Lippert Ground Control 2.0 System On My 2020 Arctic Wolf 3550 To The 3.0 System?

Question:

I have an issue with my current BAL system. The mother board for my control box has two relays and a fuse going to each leg. I cannot find a replacement control box. I believe a couple relays are bad as one jack does not receive power. All others do. The fuse is good, wire connections are good. The jack works plug into another port. The BAL system does not have the hall monitor connections. Could I upgrade to the ground control 2.0? The connections to each Jack looks the same as what are on my control box. Also would I need the Lippert control pad to go with?

I believe you're asking if you can upgrade from your Lippert Ground Control 2.0 to the Ground Control 3.0, and yes you an technically, however since none of the parts carry over you'd need full system replacement.

If you're interested in this route, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC358590.

This is a great upgrade option for your 2.0 system, and includes the control module, sensor, wiring harnesses, and mounting hardware, and also features an easy bolt-on jack installation.

Additionally, you'll want to ensure that your setup does not have more than 20' between the jacks. If there is more than 20' between the jacks, then you're going to need to use the 6-point Ground Control system # LC675817 instead.
