Id like to keep a stock of these on hand for emergency supplies like flashlights and radios. What kind of shelf life can I expect? Will keeping them in a freezer extend the shelf life? I hear contradictory reports on that... Thanks

The Duracell Coppertop C Batteries # DU68QR have a shelf life of up to 10 years. Keeping them in the freezer will not extend the shelf life, as they should be stored at a temperature between 41 F to 86 F.
