What is Recommended AWG for 200 Watt Solar Panels to Go Power Controller
Question:
Go Power for RV. I have a port on the side of my RV for solar ready. What size wire would I use to go from that port to the batteries? 4awg? I will be using a 200W Portable solar panel to charge the batteries.

If you are using the 200 Watt Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller, # 34282610 or, similar product. A #4 AWG is the maximum wire gauge needed. For this purpose we have the #10 AWG 30' Extension Cable for Go Power Portable Solar Kit, # 34270356. I suggest using a 10AWG minimum for 200 Watt rating panels to RV.
