When we installed a Hidden Hitch # 87412 or a Draw-Tite # 75461 on a Toyota FJ Cruiser, we discovered that the hitch pin hole to furthest rearward point of spare tire dimension is 9 inches, which means that the bike rack used would need to a have hitch pin hole to closest portion of the rack dimension greater than 9 inches. In this instance, the Kuat Beta would not fit.

You will need to measure the clearance needed, as outlined in the FAQ article I have linked you to. The FAQ also lists several bike racks and their shank lengths. The Swagman Trailhead 2-bike model for instance, part # S63360 offers about 11 inches of clearance that would work very well for you.

To carry womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # 64005 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
