Question:
Have a Malone Ecolight trailer for my kayaks and looking for a Bearing Buddy type hub for lubing convenience. Tires are 8 inch with a 5 bolt pattern. Measured diameter of existing hub cover at 1.90. Can\t find a part with this dimension. Is there such a diameter Bearing Buddy or equivalent?

The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1938SS are the closet we have to your 1.90" measurement. These fit a hub bore of 1.938".
If you can send me some additional information on your hub/spindle including bearing sizes and grease seal dimensions I can see if we have a replacement hub that will come with a grease zerk or allow you to have a different size grease cap.
