Recommended Replacement Camera For An Older Voyager VCCYL35 Camera

Question:

Is this a direct replacement for a 2008 Monaco Diplomat passenger side camera and work with the controller? The existing 4 pin connector has label color camera S/N 0701N1732 VCCYL35 MIR NTSC and looks identical to connector pictured. Camera itself has no identification tags other than a sticker that states REV LEVEL B ASA.

The VCCYL35 camera stopped being produced since around 2014, and since then the numerous replacement cameras have also come and go.

With that being said, the Voyager RV Side Camera w/ Night Vision # VCMS50RGP is not a direct replacement for your older VCCYL35 camera.

Your best bet is to upgrade both your left side # VCMS50LGP & right side # VCMS50RGP cameras as well as your monitor with the Voyager RV LCD Observation Monitor # VO34FR.

I know this isn't an ideal situation, but with your camera being as old as it is, it to me sounds like the best option.

Additionally, should you need extension cables for installation, you can use the Voyager Camera Extension Cable # VGR94FR, which is 10' long and should give you plenty of slack.
