Recommended Motor Upgrade Kit For A Kwikee 38 Series Step

The step broke the arm on the motor to the link arm. From the digging Ive done, it seems after 1999 or so, you cannot replace just the gear box etc. as it sounds like other parts will not be compatible. I wanted to verify that This LC379145 kit will work to repair my broken series 38 SN: 3847. The date of manuf. is 11/98. Gear box PN: 151320 Controller PN: 909506000 Ultimately, Id like to replace the broken arm, but it seems the parts are not avail. Can you confirm this kit is what I need?
