The Curt Venturer Trailer Brake Controller, part # C51110, is designed for 1 to 3 axles. If you have either 1 or 2 axles (2-4 brake assemblies), the 20-amp circuit breaker will be fine. If you have 3 axles (6 brake assemblies), you would need a 30-amp circuit breaker.

The circuit breaker attaches to the black wire coming from the brake controller and is placed between the controller and the battery power. I have linked you to a video that shows an installation of the 37185 and a circuit breaker. At 2 minutes 40 seconds of the video, it shows how easy the circuit breakers can be installed. I have also attached a drawing that shows where the circuit breaker wiring is attached.

When attaching the wiring, it is suggested that you use butt connectors like part # 05732-2. You could solder the wires if you choose not to use the connectors.
