Can TireMinder TPMS be Used With Rubber Valve Stems
Question:
I have a NuCamp 320 camper single axle with factory aluminum wheels and standard rubber valve stems. There seems to be many PRO and CON opinions on the matter of TP sensors causing failures of standard rubber valve stems. What is the truth of the matter? Do I need to replace my rubber valve stems with metal ones? FYI, my tires and stems are new. Attached are two pics of my current valve stems. Thanks in advance.

The TireMinder TPMS for Single Axle Trailers # TPMS-TRL-2 that you referenced is compatible with the rubber valve stems your trailer wheels have currently. The sensors work great on metal and rubber valve stems.
