I would be happy to help you find a hitch for your 2007 Ford E-450 Super Duty V-10 Gulfstream Mini Cruiser. I saw you were looking at the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 65001. This is confirmed to fit your motorhome.

For a standard trailer hitch there are no custom fit hitches designed for the Ford E-450 cutaway motorhomes. I have a couple of options depending on how low the bumper sits. You will need to masure downward from the top of the frame member down until you clear the underside of the bumper. If this distance is less than 14-3/8 inches, the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" item # 41990-16 will work great for you. If this distance is less than 5-9/16 inches, you can use the item # 41990-07. Both of these hitches require your frame to be less than 44" wide which should not be a problem.
