Rightline SUV Tent for 2010 Acura RDX

Question:

I have a 2010 Acura RDX, wondering if a roof rack is needed to connect the tent securely? I do not have a roof rack at this time on this vehicle.

Per the installation instructions, a roof rack is not necessary to attach the Rightline Gear SUV tent to your RDX.

Longer straps are included that can be used to pass over the top of the vehicle and ultimately attach to the windshield wiper arms. The tent also attaches to the edges of the rear wheel wells, and other straps attach to whatever points are available in the cargo area.
