Will the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop cargo box fit on the factory roof rack for a 2013 Toyota Rav4?

Yes! The Thule Pulse Alpine Cargo box # TH613 will fit your 2013 Toyota Rav4 without interfering with your hatch.
When installing this cargo box there are a couple of points to keep in mind. First is that the minimum crossbar spread should be 23-5/8 inches. If your crossbars do not move to accommodate the installation, the attachment points inside the cargo box have an adjustability of about 8 inches.
Secondly, this cargo box has a weight capacity of 110 lbs. Either your owners manual or your local Toyota dealer will have the Toyota recommended roof weight capacity. Whatever the lowest number is will be your guideline when loading cargo.
