Front Mount Trailer Hitch and Winch Mount for a 2004 Chevy Silverado

Question:

Can I mount my 6000 lb badland winch to the front of my 2004 silverado . would like for it to be hidden behind grill.

In order to mount a winch at the front of your 2004 Chevy Silverado, the first thing you are going to need is a front mount hitch. I have included a link to the front mount hitches we carry for the 2004 Silverado. I would need to know if it is a 1500 light duty, 1500HD, 2500 or 3500 to determine the best option.

Then you would need a mount that fits in the receiver like # C31010. But you have to determine if the mounting hole pattern on the winch matches the one on the mount. I have included a picture that shows the mounting pattern of the mount.

We do not currently offer a mount that will recess the winch behind the bumper or grille of the vehicle.
