Can 2006 Cadillac CTS be Towed with a Tow Dolly

Can I tow the above car on a two wheel dolly without removing the driveshaft?

I pulled up the owners manual of your 2006 Cadillac CTS and it can be towed with a dolly but you have to put the rear wheels on the dolly and basically tow it in reverse. You can see the full process in your owners manual on page 4-39. This means the drive shaft does not need to be removed.

For a dolly the Roadmaster part # RM-2050-1 would work great but if you wanted on that has it's own braking system built into it the Demco Kar Kaddy X part # DM9713093 would be my recommendation.
