Does Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack HLY64FR Fit Class II 2 inch Hitch

Question:

I would like to purchase a bike rack that requires a class 3 hitch. My hitch is Class 2 but is 2 inches. The bike rack hollywood rv1700, the company says my class 2 lacks a flange needed to tighten the rack. To me my class 2 looks identical to a class 3. Please let me know your thoughts

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider bike rack part # HLY64FR that you are wanting only requires a 2 inch hitch to fit. The fact yours is listed as a Class II would not be an issue. The only hitch Classes that have a mechanism designed to prevent racks from fitting is a Class I that won't allow a Class II and up accessory to fit.
