Derale does not manufacture vehicle specific products. These products are engine specific.
According to my research, both your 2000 Honda CR-V and your 1990 Honda Civic use an oil filter with a thread size of 20mm x 1.5mm. With this information the Derale Sandwich Adapter # D15732 you referenced will fit both of your vehicles.
One note of precaution is this part will add 1-3/4 inches so you will need to verify or determine whether or not you will have this additional space available to mount the adapter that will allow enough clearance below the filter so it can be removed for oil changes.
