Question:
Do I need to buy one with an O2 port? Which one should I buy for this mini shuttle bus?

Expert Reply:
While we do have some direct-fit options for your 1999 Ford Econoline E-350, we do not currently carry any catalytic converters with the O2 port included. Ultimately, in order to confirm if your van requires a port/sensor, I recommend reaching out to directly to the manufacturer. It is always important to consider the manufacturer's guidelines when it comes to the installation of aftermarket parts.
With that being said, we do offer non-O2 port direct-fit catalytic converter options based on if you need a California CARB complient option or not.
If you do not need a California CARB-compliant converter, I recommend the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter - Direct-Fit # MF55300. If you need the CARB-compliant option, that is the # MF29RP. Both of these models are stainless steel and are confirmed as a direct fitment onto your van. They are compatible with both the 5.4L V8 engine and the 6.8L V10 engine.
