Best 5TH Wheel Hitch For a 2021 Ford F-350 Short Bed With B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch
Question:
I bought a 2021 Ford F-350 diesel truck with a short bed. 69 I believe it already has the Demco 5th wheel base rails adapter for a BandW Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch. see pics attached I want to be able to tow a 2022 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS with a GVWR of 11,995 lbs and a hitch weight of 1,865 lbs. I need to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch for easier cornering. I understand the patriot will not work nor will an autoslide hitch. What are the best manual slide 5th wheel hitches for this set up?

The B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3400 is going to be the best 5th wheel hitch for your 2021 Ford F-350 short bed. The B&W will replace the Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball # DM6140 so you will not need the adapter and make it easier to go from towing to a clean bed. This hitch is rated for up to 20,000lbs and a tongue weight up to 5,000lbs.
If you prefer to leave the Demco adapter the Curt A16 5th Wheel Hitch # C16521 will be all you need for your 2022 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS. This hitch is rated for 16,000lbs with 4,000lbs of tongue weight.
If they did not already install a trailer connection in the bed a Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 will give you a 7-way for connecting your Reflection.
