Recommended Way To Carry My Bike On My 2020 BMW X5 M Sport

Hi! I am looking for a bike rack for a 2020 BMW X5 with the M Sport Package. Is this even possible? I tried to get a hitch installed, but cant - there are no hitches made for that vehicle with the M package. So, I decided Id just go for the bike rack that straps onto the trunk area - and even that looks like there are no bike racks available because it has the M Sport Package. Are you by chance able to help a girl out? Thanks for your time!

Yes, it is possible to install a trailer hitch on your 2020 BMW X5 with the M Sport Package. It has a maximum tongue weight of 600 lb and a maximum gross trailer weight of 8,000 lb.

With your trailer hitch in place, we can move on to your hitch bike rack. If you are not going to be carrying an e-bike heavier than 60 lb or a bike with fenders, my hitch bike rack recommendation is the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black, part # BA22B. In addition to being very stylish, this hitch bike rack has a maximum weight limit of 60 lb per bike.
