Unfortunately there isn't any sort of database or anything that tells us exactly what trailers can use what power stabilizer jack kits. A kit like the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 measures 78" long x 20" wide x 4-3/4" tall and will have mounting hole spacing that is 68-11/16" center on center. This is a very common kit and will likely work for your 2016 Grand Design Momentum 327M, but you would want to measure your frame to ensure you have enough space for the jacks.
