Will Roof Vent Lift Motor Stop Lid From Opening With Vent Cover Installed
Question:
Since the Fan-tastic fan opens 12” and there cover has clearance of less than 11”, how can you use the opening motor to open it if hits the vent cover? Won’t that damage the opening motor? To use the vent cover do you have to manually open fan lid?

When using a Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500WH which doesn't have the complete height to allow the roof vent to totally open the motor will stop once it feels resistance and it will hold at that point without issue.
