Is the Bargman Triple Trailer Tail Light # 47-84-005 Recessed or Surface Mount

Question:

Their is some confusion on the mounting of 47-84-005. The spec say its recessed, and in your description you say its surface mounted. Could you clear this up?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Bargman trailer tail light # 47-84-005. It is a bit of a tricky situation because the light sits on the surface but part of it is recessed so you have to cut a hole in the trailer measuring 12-11/16 inches by 5-1/2 inches to install the light. Because of this we will classify this light as a recessed mount.
