Adding Third Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner to RV

Question:

Hello, I am really thinking about adding a 3rd Furrion 15,000 ac unit to combat our hot humid summers. I currently have one in the main bed which is manual control. Last year i updated to a multi unit thermostat and updated the air box so i can have the fancy led light and added the multi zone controller to the unit in the living room area. Anyways thinking of adding a 3rd one where the rear sky light is so then there would be 2 in the large kitchen/living room area. I know i would need the ac unit, multi zone controller and air box kit but my question is short of running my 115 volt to the breaker box and 12volt power source to the unit for the thermostat wiring does that then just connect to the other mulizone box? The instructions do not get very in depth. I have looked into adding the multi zone box and different cover to the main bedroom ac but was also unsure if i could just run the thermostat harness to main controller as well. Would love to eventually have everything controlled through main controller. Final question, my keystone sprinter came with the 2 Furrion units on it where does a person find the model number on them? They both had really old style covers on them but the camper is a 2021.

The Replacement Multi Zone Controller for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner Setup, # FACC12ZA-BL lets you add an additional zone inside your RV and communicates with your thermostat to customize the temperature in a particular zone; you can have up to 4 zones. Each will require its own air conditioner unit and air distribution box. This will work with the Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner, # FR86PR as your third unit.

I recommend you verify the location you want to install the third AC unit has enough roof support. You can most likely get this information directly from the manufacturer. Also, it is not uncommon for manufacturers to power prep a location such as what you've identified that currently has a sky light in place. Sometimes a roof opening will be prepped for that add-on/upgrade at the dealership but only have a skylight or roof vent installed at factory. This too can most likely be identified from the manufacturer. It will certainly make your install easier so. Be sure to inquire with manufacturer if any changes need to be made to your electrical system.
