Derale fan # D17513 is a belt-driven standard rotation fan. This means if you were standing in front of he vehicle facing the motor the fan would turn clockwise. Belt-driven race fans are not classified as pushers or pullers. With a belt-driven fan that is placed at the front of the motor and behind the radiator it will always be a puller.
The center to center hole spacing range on the mounting holes is 1-3/4 inches to 2-1/4 inches. The fan is 2 inches deep and 12-3/4 inches tall. I have included a link to our FAQ article on belt-driven fans.
