The Demco Hijacker SL Series Flat Deck 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076SL-FLAT is only compatible with SL Series rails like # DM6012 so it would not fit the standard fifth wheel base rails you currently have on your flatbed truck.
You could replace your current rails with the # DM6012 along with the mounting hardware # DM8553003 to provide compatible rails for the # DM6076SL-FLAT to fit your truck.
