When measuring the offset of a tire you need to measure from where the wheel mounts to the hub to the inside bead and outside bead, with the difference being the offset.
The Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 16 inch x 6 inch Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - White # MX27FR has no offset. The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel w/ +0.5" Offset - 16 inch x 6 inch Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - Black # AM20766 has a +0.5 offset.
