When it comes to getting the correct hitch lock for your back rack I recommend The Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2 inch Hitches - 3-1/2 inch Span # 63232.
This anti-rattle pin locks your back rack to the hitch and also reduces play and vibration in the hitch connection. It has a 5/8 inch pin diameter. This lock can only be used with hollow-shank ball mounts and hitch accessories.
If you're looking for a cable lock/hitch lock combo I would need to know which bike rack that you have a few examples are below:
Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks Commuter, Traveler, Sport Rider Bike Racks # HRLHPTC.
Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2 inch Shanks - 8-1/2 foot Long # S64030.
If you can tell me what brand of bike rack you have I will be able to provide the correct cable lock setup.
I attached a review video link below.
