Replacing A Slide-Out Awning On My Camper
Question:
I am wanting to purchase an awning for the slideout on my camper. The measurement is 135 1/2 inches long and 30 inches wide. I have read the length needs to be alittle longer than the actural length, like a couple of inches on each side. That being said I am wondering what you would recommend on the length.

I can find a slide-out awning that will work for you. The awning you will need has to have at least 7" of clearance on both sides of your slide-out box. This is in addition to the awnings actual measurement of 135-1/2".
My recommendation is the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 11'7" Wide - 48" Projection - White, part # LCV000139496. It will work with slide-outs up to 139" in length and it will extend up to 48", providing plenty room. You will also need at least 14" of extrusion, 7" per side, for this to fit on your camper.
I have included a product description link, a weblink on how to install your awning, and a video of this awning being installed below.
