The manufacturer does not make instructions available. It is possible that since the customer review you read was from Canada that he/she received instructions. I can walk you through the wiring process though.
First, find a place to securely install the 7-pole connector somewhere at the rear of your vehicle. Using a mounting bracket for 7-pole connectors such as part # 18138, can provide you with a clean and secure mounting point. Next, plug in the the 4-pole connector on your vehicle into the back of the new 7-pole adapter. Once attached, these can be taped together to make sure their connection remains secure. Then, the black wire on part # 30717 will need to be run up to the engine bay and connected to the battery. The blue wire will be run up to the blue wire on the brake controller. The white is a ground wire and needs to be mounted to the vehicle frame. The orange wire is an optional circuit that can be used as a reverse lock out for hydraulic brakes, an auxiliary power wire, or for activating reverse lights on a trailer. If you will not be needing any of these functions, you can simply tape it up out of the way where it can be accessed later.
